Primary Purpose:
Provide support to Bond Specialist.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED. (Preferred)
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally)
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to act responsibly.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform clerical functions in receiving orders.
- Supervise receipt of all shipments. process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed
- Receive orders and account for proper amounts to Purchase Order and Invoice.
- Scanning and Data entry, organize orders with Inventory Management system.
- Sort orders accordingly for distribution to campuses.
- Perform quality checks on stored inventory.
- Update inventory count and maintain inventory records.
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures.
- Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, and other manual tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.

Computer, Scanner, Hand Operated Pallet Jack, Personnel Lift Riser, box knife, and small hand tools
Working Conditions:
Posture:
Frequent standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, overhead reaching and twisting.
Motion:
Frequent walking, climbing step ladders, grasping/squeezing, wrist flexion/extension,
and overhead reaching.
Lifting:
Heavy lifting and carrying (45 pounds and over) daily
Environment:
Distribution Center: Surrounded by multiple shelving units and boxes. Exposure to dampness and humidity.
Mental Demands:
Maintain emotional control under stress
Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
May require standing for long periods of time sorting boxes and moving them on and off shelves. The position requires repetitive hand motions and prolonged use of computer. The position requires frequent bending, stooping, twisting, pulling, overhead reaching, prolonged sitting, and keyboarding. Position requires the ability to lift boxes on to shelving units.
